Refund policy

If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Contact Paddle at paddle.net, our reseller and Merchant of Record. You'll need the email you bought with or your order details. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.

If you have trouble, write to mail@diachen.com and we'll help.

After a refund

Your license key stops working once the app next checks for updates. Your recordings and transcripts stay on your Mac, and you can still open them.

Your rights

This policy doesn't affect the rights you have by law, including if the app is faulty or not as described.
